Storm-damaged roof, replaced in three days

The work
After a same-day inspection, our crew tarped the active leaks and produced a full photo report for the homeowner's insurer. Once the claim was approved, we completed a full tear-off, replaced damaged decking, and installed new ice-and-water shield, underlayment and architectural shingles.
Ridge vents were added to correct attic ventilation, and every day ended with a magnetic nail sweep and a clean site. The homeowner had a documented, warrantied roof — and a closed insurance claim — within a week of the storm.
